1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Adventure Off-Road services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

Adventure Off-Road provides off-road adventure experiences and related services in Greece. Our services include:

• Guided off-road tours
• Vehicle rentals
• Adventure experiences
• Training and safety instruction

3. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to the following conditions:

• Full payment is required to confirm booking
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled activity will be charged 50% of the booking fee
• No-shows will be charged the full amount

4. Safety and Requirements

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian
• Hold a valid driver's license (for driving activities)
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our guides
• Sign a liability waiver before participating
• Be in good physical condition

5. Liability

Adventure Off-Road takes all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, but adventure activities carry inherent risks. By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury or death resulting from participation in activities
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Weather-related cancellations or modifications

6. Equipment and Vehicles

All equipment and vehicles provided by Adventure Off-Road must be:

• Used in accordance with our instructions
• Returned in the same condition as provided
• Not modified or tampered with

7. Media Rights

We reserve the right to photograph and video record our activities. By participating, you grant us permission to use such media for promotional purposes.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
